Debra Walters

Deb grew up in Charleston and has been in sales for her entire life, earning top production honors as a manager for Tupperware products. Deb and her husband, Al, also owned their own successful landscaping business.  Deb joined Prudential, the predecessor to Carolina One Real Estate, in 2005. In the early days, she was a sole practitioner and, not surprisingly, quickly rose to the very top of the real estate profession. Along with her team members, she has transacted a billion dollars over a 18 year time span. Deb is proud to have earned a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014. This is a highly selective and distinguished honor, bestowed upon only a few members of the real estate community, who have not only been top producers, but who have adhered to high ethical standards and are well respected by their clients and colleagues. In 2018, Deb also won a Summerville Journal Scene Reader's Choice Award, which recognizes her as the top realtor in the Summerville area, as selected by local residents. 

Deb’s experience and dedication have helped thousands of home sellers and buyers achieve their dreams. Deb believes that every client deserves her best, and she works very hard to ensure that reality. She is always available to her clients, and answers her phone in the evenings, on weekends, and whenever she is needed. She often forms personal relationships with her clients, which endure for a lifetime.

With a wide variety of residential experience, one of Deb’s most unique gifts is design. She often walks into a home and begins redecorating before the paperwork is signed. Deb offers staging for her home sellers, and has a plethora of furniture and accessories on hand, which she correlates with the existing decor in your home in order to achieve the ideal "feel" for potential buyers.  A recognized expert in appeal, with undeniable natural talent, Deb works with her clients to present their homes in the best possible light.

Deb lives in Summerville with her husband of 49 years, Al. Together, they have raised three amazing children, Jason, Alison, and Amanda, and have three grandchildren, Chandler, Ashley, and Macy. Deb enjoys family vacations, church, playing cards and spending evenings with neighbors.
